Codiac Solutions, LLC’s official payment policy for each of our three classes is a one-time payment of $1499.00. Class size limits vary by class format.

OPTION 2
Webinar Class Format
The Webinar class format offers the benefit of interaction with instructor and students in a LIVE classroom environment, but from the comfort of your own home! Class size limited to 25 students.
Webinar series for Clinical Professionals are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST. 2009 class schedule to be posted soon.
OPTION 3
Since both classes run concurrently, you are welcome to combine both formats in order to fit your busy schedule. Prior notice needed to for those webinar students wanting to intermittantly attend in-class setting to assure space availability.

Codiac Solutions, LLC will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid for course fees, less a non-refundable registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), if written notice of cancellation is delivered no later than one week prior to the class start date.
Students who have completed sixty percent (60%) or less of the course of instruction shall be eligible for a pro rata refund based on the hours of attendance. For example, if a student has completed thirty percent (30%) of the course, the student shall be eligible for a refund for seventy percent (70%) of the entire cost of tuition. If a student withdraws or is disqualified after completion of more than sixty percent (60%) of the program, Codiac Solutions, LLC will charge the student the entire cost of the tuition.
Please note that any materials provided by Codiac Solutions, LLC must be returned upon your withdrawal from the course.
Codiac Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course at any time prior to the first day of class. Any student having already paid money for that course is entitled to a full refund.
All refunds due will be made no later than thirty (30) days after written notice of cancellation or withdrawal has been received.
